Umbilical artery Pi abnormal

Asked for Female, 28 Years

In my recent Doppler scan Umbilical artery pi is 1.3 above 95th percentile which the scan says Abnormal. I'm really worried as the other twin baby stopped it's heartbeat. I'm 29weeks 5days gestation. My BP is under 130/80 and been on lebatatol 100mg and ecosprin 150 (from 3rd month) How can I improve this? Please help

as you mentioned if the scan was done at 29wks 5days the mentioned pi 1.3 is not above 95th percentile it's normal hence kindly let me know at what weeks the scan was done. As you are hypertensive and with twin pregnancy you need to take a regular follow up for your BP and for living fetus in twin pregnancy with ultrasound .
