I am attaching ultrasound images given by my doctor, please tell me if everything is fine. She told me my uterus is empty, can someone please confirm it?

This job is done during the process of scanning. Once the scanning is completed and the printout is given , we will see what the Sonologist saw. So if his technique was faulty my opinion will also be faulty.
