Ultrasound query
Is there any chance to miss the baby in transabdominal ultrasound by 23 to 24 weeks. It was just a normal routine checkup the doctor was not told about any pregnancy . So it is possible to miss the baby by 24 weeks . My report is normal and the uterus size is 7.5 cm . And minor pod fluid . I am scared of cryptic pregnancy . So I did multiple beta HCG and all were 0.2 miu . Is there any chance that pregnancy is not detected because of harmonal imbalance and very very low beta HCG .

After 16-20 weeks baby bump starts to appear. Very, very low beta hcg (<5) is negative for pregnancy. There are levels according to gestational weeks. It is hard to miss 23-24 weeks pregnancy in ultrasound.  Do you have any past ultrasound that confirms the pregnancy?i need more details
