I took methotrexate injection for ectopic pregnancy.
Beta hcg dropped from 640 to 20 within 16 days. When I took usg tvs it shows ectopic is still there and I have pco I have attached the report. Plz tell me is it OK. Y still tissue is not removed after injection but drop in hcg. Will thy do surgery if the tissue is removed.

It is not OK.
You should have discussed with your Gynaecologist before taking Methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy.
It is not as simple as taking gol gappe from a roadside vendor and feeling happy.
Methotrexate follow up is cumbersome. Many patients may need an operation after Methotrexate injection.
