Clexane 60mg injection
I am 26 weeks pregnant and on clexane injection (every day-60mg/0.6ml) since day one of my pregnancy. Today I took injection at 7 pm. Can I take tomorrow dose at 9.00 AM . Or it has to be 24hrs gap between doses ?
