Ulcer in tongue
Hi Doctor,
I get ulcer in my tongue occasionally which remains for 2 weeks approx. Please suggest some foods and medication to avoid this from occuring again. Thanks.

Hello.This is called aphtous ulcer.which is common for most of the people.stress Could be one of the factor for this ulcer.if you have habit of changing tooth paste then stick to a common tooth paste.Have a regular blood check up for any vitamin deficiency.Visit an Oral medicine specialist and do the further treatments.Medicines can give only after confirmation of diagnosis . Thank you
