Hi dear u know that, u r suffering from OSMF but u not write complete your problems like
-Ur mouth opening
-Ur tongue protrusion (movement)
- status of cheek blowing
-status of uvula (swallowing conditions).
Basically above sign & symptoms are required for ur stage.
Here I telling you OSMF stages:
Stage 1: only burning sensation
Stage2: stage1+burning sensation with restricted mouth opening (3.5cm or more)
Stage 3: stage2+ rest. mouth opening (2-3.5cm) with restricted tongue movement
Stage 4: stage3 + rest. mouth opening (below 2cm)+difficulty in swallowing (deviated uvula) +/- unhealed ulcer
In stage 4 sometimes it may gives symptoms of malignancy
So for confirmatory diagnosis required its incisional biopsy.
