I got my braces removed some 2-3 year back and since then I have a permanent ulcer right next to my tooth. Applied many ointments but it doesn't work.
Sometimes it hurts and other time it doesn't.

Post braces usually do not cause such problems. The reason may be differ, seek a dentist and get a proper diagnosis first and take precribed medicines or treatment as soon as possible.
1st visit a dentist, get perfect diagnosis for it nd then we decide treatmnt plan.... Braces are not responsible for long duration ulcers.... After these all, ulcer not subside then only surgical treatment remains... Surgically remove affected area nd flap surgery will recommend.....these gives a permanent relief.....
