I am 32 years old..and working from Home..recently got to know am diabetics and taking medicines for the past 3 months...very first time PP sugar level 238..1 month back 126 PP.... 2 weeks ago I checked average sugar HBA1C it says 6.4...am taking same medicines below from start till now... Morning Glimestar M1 (full) Eldervita Zc (full) Night Melmet 500 (half) Last few weeks I am feeling kind of low sugar symtoms like dizzyness, headache and feeling tired...Is this related to the medicines...please advise if its high dose and how can I avoid that kind of symtoms? What foods can i eat and day life activities? Note : I volunteerly checked my sugar 3 months back...life before that was far better than now...

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes it can be due to high sugar levels and also be due to low vit d. Check for FBS and PPBS and review online, based on results we can alter med dose.
