hello there.
you may feel fine even when your sugars are high for sometime because your body is just trying to adapt to it.
high sugar levels when not corrected properly can cause many problems like affecting the eye, kidney, nerves etc.
kindly consult a diabetologist and take proper treatment and continue the treatment.
