It is Diabetic peripheral neuropathy. You need to reduce the sugar levels as it is very high. Pain should come down gradually if your blood sugar normalises . First priority right now is to reduce the sugar

Probably it's diabetic neuropathy which is one of the complication of diabetes.
It can be decreased with proper glycaemic control along with supportive treatment..
Drugs need to be modified
