Type II Diabetes
Have been having Metformin 500 + Glimpride 2 & Vidagliptin (both of them twice a day) and the sugar levels are under control. However have severe itching due to Vidagliptin and hence had to stop it.
And now the sugar levels are rising.
Need to know alternate for Vidagliptin as only Metformin + Glimpride is not helping .

Stop vildagliptin
Continue glimiperide &metformin before meals
Let me know the sugars
Fasting
Post prandial 2hrs
