Type 6 stools and diet change
Hi all, I recently changed my diet to correct constipation and now currently on a high fiber plant diet. However, my constipation is gone and I'm having loose stools only twice a day and sometimes upto 3 times a day. Could this be due to diet change? I started this diet on March 18th and it's still the same. It's mostly type 6 and sometimes type 7 on Bristol scale. Attached images of how my stools look like. How long does it take for my digestive system to get used to the diet?

Yes it takes time to adapt to write but if a lot of loose stools are there then diet can be modified accordingly. Different foods behave differently with different individuals.
