Need to see xray to analyse...if possible a post and core with crown is one option...if tooth has to be extracted next options are implant, bridge or removable pd
Hi
If the tooth is fractured from neck then a post can be placed to restore it.
If it's broken beyond neck then it's in best interest to remove this remaining portion of tooth and get an Implant (titanium fitment) or a bridge done
Regards
Firstly proper examination and radiographic analysis is required then only treatment can be formulated. You can approch your dentist for the same. Implant is one of the good solution for replacement of teeth , which requires skill thats why the charges are like that. If you are not willing for implant then fixed partial denture will be the option in which other adjacent teeth has to be involved.
Hi, First after evaluating with xray & clinicl examination to know the extent of tooth breakage either a cast post & cap or if that is not possible then tooth removal followed by either bridge or implant can be done. Implant option will be costly. For neighbouring tooth if cavity is not deep you can go for tooth coloured filling.
Need to see a X-ray and clinically, if possible post & core is most conservative option. Other options are removable dentures, implant, Maryland bridge & conventional bridge should be last option.
