Hello Doc, Everyday my left eyes twitch alors.Please guide and help me to remediation of this problem.

Its a common issue. Try below given instructions: 1. Reduce on stress 2. Adequate sleep 3. Adequate water intake 4. Follow proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers/ Mobile 5. Reduce on tea/ coffee/smoking /alcohol 6. Daily exercise and meditation 7. Healthy nutritious diet 7. Give hot compress to the eye whenever the twitching starts ( Can dip clean cotton in warm water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) 8. Start with Tablet Neurobion Forte 1 tab each day for 1 month.
