Yesterday night i got my leg twisted while walking. I can see little swelling and it pains while walking. Please suggest the medical attention required for this.

Get xray of ankle done. Pain and swelling may be because of ankle sprain also. Apply ice and crepe bandage.

Pain killers for a week should be fine if no fractures and only sprain. Rest and crepe bandage will do it

As you have mentioned that you twisted your leg, and there is swelling also, kindly pls visit the orthopaedic
For the same.. who will guide you to go for X-rays for ruling out the diagnosis
If no fracture is indicated than you need to go for physiotherapy for pain relief ..
