I am having a twin pregnancy one side with posterior placenta feels hard sometimes while the other with anterior placenta having normal moments is both kids growing fine?

In twin pregnancy , exact perception of movements may not be there always U didnt mention about gestational age Depending on your symptoms if needed can get a growth scan done
