Twin pregnancy access vomit,weight loss.
Pregnant with twin 5th month,severe vomit,nothing is digesting,abdominal pain(left side) bloating.food and water stuck after eating from last 4 month,weight loss 15kg in 4 month.we have done MRCP,Endoscopy,amylase(51.20),lipase(51.40),LFT (sgpt 217,sgot 148)alkaline ph.136,proline 5.75)hemoglobin 10.2,PCV 31,RBC 3.72,LYMPHOCYTE 849)..any pls suggest..

Please get admitted to a Medical College Hospital or a Corporate Hospital where you can get consultation from multiple Specialists and Super specialists as and when required. Losing 15 kg in 4 months is a serious matter. Such things happen in AIDS or Malignancy or Severe Infection.
