I am looking in for suggestions for good vitamins to add to my routine to boost my immunity.
I admit to have a very unstable immunity physically and mentally. I look for advice on some vitamins I shuld opt for while turning 30 and unmarried. Do I need to opt for some reports before. My hb is 10, my bmi is 23.5, I have a low respiratory performance with asthma as history but my recent lung performance say my lungs are like 13 years old, I hv anxiety issues at times and get sick frequently . Also yoga vs walking coz I don't hv time fr both so pl. suggest. M done seeing a doc only when sick and wanna have a mindful approach to health. Look forward on advices.
