Tummy fat loss
I have a huge belly fat,I don't even eat more. I want to do sonography once as in to check what is the exact issue. Whom should I consult for tummy fat??

You need not do USG(sonography) for tummy fat . If your BMI is too high and your weight is not getting controlled by diet restriction and excercise then only you need consultation . 
Next Steps
Avoid sugar in all forms , drink lots of water and include salad in your diet . Excercise regularly , you can try cycling it is one of the most efficient way of reducing body fat .
