I went to jym for 2 months to reduce fat but there is no change. Can u guide me how can I reduce my tummy and side fat

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

U can continue with physical exercises but remember 80% role is of diet,whatever u r eating. So follow proper diet plan. May be you are having something which is not suitable on your body metabolism. So work in a combination of exercises and proper meals.
