Asked for Male, 36 Years

Hi Sir/Madam, I have requested same question before but this time would like to go in detail I have heavy Pain radiating from neck to right Arms .Also I feel Heaviness of the head on movements .Kindly can you suggest some test from Tuberculosis point of view .As same was detected almost 10 years back and at that time it was treated successfully. I wanted to Ensure it has not come back again.Any Specialist's opinion from Borivali-Kandivali Mumbai region will be highly appreciated .
