It's subclinical hypothyroidism. You need treatment if contemplating pregnancy or if your lipids are deranged. Otherwise nothing to worry. Just monitor your tsh levels once in every 6 months.

Your TSH is slightly more than the normal range. It's sub clinical hypothyroidism. As i have no idea about your symptoms and medical history. So wont be able to advise you any treatment

T3 and t4 are in normal range Tsh levels are raised a bit It might be due to initial hypothyroidism
