She recently had a thyroid profile test, and the results are as follows: T3: 80.6 ng/dL T4: 9.17 µg/dL TSH: 6.237 µIU/mL She was taking Thyronorm 50 mcg during her pregnancy. Kindly review the results and suggest the appropriate medication and dosage.

Tsh is high. She can take thyronorm 75microgram, one daily before breakfast . Repeat thyroid profile after a month.

Tsh is high. Continue 50 mcg one before breakfast. Add calcium as  Shalcal xt one at night as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak.

Let her continue same medication which she took during pregnancy Some people develop thyroid issues after pregnancy It is not too high but should take medications
