Recently took a test wherein found the TSH level 5.19. Could you please suggest if this is worrisome and what precautions should I take

If t3 t4 are normal with a slightly raised TSH is known as subclinical hypothyroidism.You can repeat the TSH after 2 or 3 months to compare.Thryroid replacement treatment is required if only you are symptomatic or planning for pregnancy.

Should get T3 and T4. Use iodinized salt. Avoid cabbage , cauliflower.
