U hav not given the referrence range of ur TSH report but I guess it is raised n it is giving symptoms also
Add tab 12.5 micro gram mg to ur existing tab thyronorm
Which means now u hav to take tab thyronorm 87.5 microgram empty stomach in the morning

Please tell us complete thyroid profile. TSH level alone will not be sufficient. You have been on Thyronorm for more than 4 years
You should get liver and kidney function tests , and X ray of knee.
