TSH level is 6.90
I am having problem of Thyroid since 2017, and taking medicine Thyronorm 75mg daily. Now a days I am feeling pain in my legs, knee, and there is swelling in my leg too. At present my TSH level is 6.90.

U hav not given the referrence range of ur TSH report but I guess it is raised n it is giving symptoms also Add tab 12.5 micro gram mg to ur existing tab thyronorm Which means now u hav to take tab thyronorm 87.5 microgram empty stomach in the morning

Please tell us complete thyroid profile. TSH level alone will not be sufficient. You have been on Thyronorm for more than 4 years You should get liver and kidney function tests , and X ray of knee.

6.90 is Not Bad. Do you take medicine regularly or skip doses? Pain in legs can be due to other causes also. Hypothyroidism is rarely Painful.
