Trying to conceive with mild PCOD
Hi I am 31 yrs old and  trying to conceive from last 6 months. I have irregular periods and had mild PCOD earlier. My AMH is 2.6 , FSH is 5.24 and LH is 7.04. Eggs do not mature naturally. I have been taking medicine (Letrozol) and doing follicular scans. Pregnancy Test is negative. Please suggest.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome requires lifestyle modification and maintenance of a BMI in the healthy range In PC OS aMH levels are inherently raised Considering that AMH of 2.6 is not normal If you have taken several cycles of letrozole Without success You should go for tubal patency test and IUI
