Hi normaly we will advise to couple to try for 6 month naturally for pregnancy if pregnancy is not happen, in that time then we will do some basic tests for both husband and wife . in your case you tried for 3 month. some tips when you are trying for pregnancy 1) try having sex during your ovulation time ( middle of cycle) that is 11 to 19 days. or you can use LH KIT available in market to spot your ovulation day. 2 ) After sex try to sleep 3 to 4 hours . 3) Dont wash your private part immediately after sex. 4) you can use tab duphaston 10 mg 1-0-1 from 11 th day of periods to 15 days . it helps to become pregnant.
