Trying to conceive
My friend missed her periods by 5 days. Her last periods were on 17th with cycle of 28 days and today she have pink discharge. She ate beet root in morning for salad. So is it the beet root or is she pregnant as we read pink discharge is sign of implantation bleeding and pregnancy too. Also she have mild cramps headache and mood swings from last few days. She fills like her stomach is full and gaseous. They took pregnancy test before few days but it came out negative. What should be the next steps

the beetroot intake is not the reason Go fr a blood test bhcg Less than 100 rules out pregnancy n then this wud be her period
