Hi! First of all, congratulations that you have started trying at right time.👍 Probability of conception per month is 20-25% for healthy couple. In a year nearly 84 % couples conceive. Some people may conceive within 1 month.. some might take a year. Depending on your choices, you can wait for 6 month- 1 year before consulting IVF specialist. Some tips for you- Remain stress-free Observe healthy lifestyle - avoid junkfood, exercise daily, some yoga and pranayam will also be good. Try including fresh fruit, nut, green leafy vegetables , gooseberry which are rich in folate and antioxidants Some preliminary tests like CBC and urine routine can be done. You need not have intercourse daily. Once every 2 days/ alternate days is good enough. Some medicine needs to be started specially for female partner for good baby brain development. You can consult online for further discussion. Wish you very best luck.
