Trying to conceive
Hi, I've been trying to conceive since over a year now. Had HSG test done in Dec 2019, it suggested to bloked right fallopian tube. However, my LMP was 11th feb. We had unprotected intercourse during the advised fertile period. My prolactin levels in Feb was 11. However, I've not got my periods for March yet, took almost three pregnancy test, all negative. Ultrasound also doesn't indicate pregnancy, according to my doctor. However my endometrium is 18mm. The doctor thinks, this may be a case of anovulation or delayed ovulation. I also have pcos. She had prescribed me 5 days course of dubagest 200. It's been 10 days since the last dose of dubagest. N no sight of periods. What should I do ? My doctor said let us wait for periods to come naturally, she doesn't wants to give any other medicine. What course of action should I follow. ? Kindly reply, without asking me to connect for further consultation.

U have multiple factors which make u less likely to be pregnant. Still, wait for a week n test again. if negative, u will need progesterone withdrawal medicines for u to bleed. Also, pls see a gynaec starting ur PCOS treatment, as it's one of the most common causes of infertility.

I suggest you do a blood test to see if you are pregnant ( beta HCG). If negative, then I suggest you take a course of tablet meprate 10 mg once daily for ten days. You should have a period within one week of the last meprate tablet. If you still do not have a period please visit a doctor.
