Hi there Firstly what you mean by overdosage??? Usg is the best to monitor however kits are quite reliable in instances where usg is unavailable. Low dose 5days may be good for you Take care

You can use letroz in this cycle. Doing a follicular study is the best way to find out if you have ovulated also the doctor can study your response to letroz with sonography If you can't get a follicular study done then OPK is the second best option
Health Tips
Start folic acid tablet if you already havnt

Yes you can take letrozole in 3rd cycle but I suggest get a tvs done prior to starting it..also follicular monitoring is a must..simultaneously you can check with opk for ovulation... You seem to be too much anxious..don't over stress yourself..

At 38 years of age short cycles are common. But your pain and heavy flie are abnormal. You need USG-pelvis done. If you are waiting for pregnancy you should hurry up, taking your age into consideration.

Hi.. your gynecologist must have asked you to skip because most of the times the effect of such tablets remains in your body for 2-3 cycles, so keep trying, there's a chance definitely that you can concieve.
Next Steps
Follicular study is must as this drug can be used for a maximum of only 6 cycles. So by not doing it you are wasting the usage of this drug
