Trying for conceive
I have thyroid(taking 50mcg medicine) and pcod and trying to conceive. And my periods cycle varies a lot like 33 days, 35 days, 38 days and 25 days. These are my last 4 cycle. For that I have visited to doctor to see the scope of pregnancy. She has asked some test like amh(6.0),fsh(4),lh(5), prolactin(18)and tsh(3) and asked me to take Inosplus medicine. I did these test on my 4th day of cycle and also suggested to do follicle scan in 11the day and on 11th day, my follicle is small then she asked to come on 16th day(which is pending). I have also join one online program to conceive it naturally. There they have given some meal chart to follow based on my health condition and asking to join yoga class daily which will help me in fertility. So during this period I have tested the Vit D as well which is 16. Now can I have vit D medicine and omega 3 medicine by myself because doctor doesn't prescribe this medicine? Also what is the chances of pregnancy and how much time it will take?

Amh levels are inherently raised in pcos So that is not a correct predictor of fertility potential in pcos patients Yes u need vit d supplements since the levels are low Chances of you getting pregnant will depend upon other investigations like semen parameters tubal patency How much time does nobody can answer Lifestyle modification yoga etc are a good way to change lifestyle especially if you have pcos but they do not guaranteed pregnancy If you have tried spontaneously for 6 months it's time to seek medical help
