Trouble focusing in school/ activities
I am 21 years old and in college. I used to be prescribed ADD/ADHD medication when I was in elementary school/Middle school, but I stopped taking it because it upset my stomach and affected my diet/ performance in sports. I was always afraid that it would negatively affect my heart. But since I stopped, I have always struggled a bit in school, but recently it has become much more of a pressing matter. I was wondering if it was still possible to receive medical help or medication help

Hello! It’s better to take psychiatric help again. Behavioral modification and changing lifestyle will also help you. Wish you good health.
