Tried everything for PMDD
M 47 and my PMDD is ruining my life! It's been going on at least a decade but is getting WORSE! I'm averaging 2 weeks of quality life then the PMS starts: severe cramps, severe fatigue that's ruining my job and home life, mood swings, cravings for junk food. I take up to 800mg of ibuprofen for wks. I've seen 2 therapists, 3 OB/Gyns, read several books & every article I can find for help. I'm on Celexa, Wellbutrin, Trazodone, Chasteberry, vitamins, exercise some, try to eat right. I'm desperate.

Finding the right therapist for you can be a task. Do continue looking for the right one for you. Your are dealing with a lot & an emphatic listener can help you. I would suggest maintaining a journal regularly. This is only 1 of the many ways to give your deepest emotions an outlet. I hope you find the right person to help you.
