Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. As you have researched already, PMS issue affects your mental health and it's a common symptoms across many women . I can understand your concerns that it affects  your performance in your professional environment. Antidepressant Medicine will help only in a temporary relief and in fact it helps by just suppressing your emotion, not removing it. Moreover if few scenarios the body type also plays a major factor in the severity like excess heat in the body , spicy food Intake, digestion problem, obses etc. Best way to handle this is by better understanding the  interlinked between body and mind and according tuning your lifestyle, dietary, exercise and few home remedies. Reach out to me online for further evaluation and recommendation on alternative solutions available for your problem.

Do not take any medicine with out drs prescription. Psychiatric medicine also must not be taken with out psychiatrist's advice. U can also take online or offline psychiatrist consultation. But i also suggest u to take consult homoeopathic doctor as on these cases homoeopathy show very good results. In further treatment u must consult psychologist to learn how to handle worse situations in life and how to accept reality etc. Best wishes.... Feel free to contact....
