Dear Doctor! I am “self-diagnosed” with PMDD since I never have actually been diagnosed of PMDD through an MD. But why I think I have PMDD is the following: at first I didn’t even realize I have an issue, not even suspecting as “little” as PMS. The earliest I can recall thinking I MIGHT have some behavior that’s beyond me and can’t be controlled by me was when I was 19 (I’m 23 now).
