Tricort injection into the shoulder would take some time to act and effect. In general it appears within 2-4 days. Sooner or later it should appear.

Better if you mention why injection was given first , Regarding pain relief following injection, it depends on for what condition it was given and how it was given .

It take time for the effect to come. Use pain killer for 3-5 days. Apply ice at the level of pain.
