I am 37 year female. I have cough and cold for past 2 days. I consumed Ascoril Ls yesterday night before sleep. I felt tremor, palpitations after some time. Is it normal. Can I continue with the cough syrup? Or should I change it. If so kindly suggest a cough syrup.

Ascoril Ls syrup is used in treatment of cough due to asthma, tremors and palpitations are the adverse effects of it. Its normal and effects will go off in few hours. You can not continue with it as it is not a cough syrup. Instead you can have other cough syrups available OTC
