Hi
For now you can take the medication prescribed by your dentist. Or else you can take
Ketoral dt - twice a day.
Augmed 625mg- twice a day.
Pantop 40 mg - one before breakfast .

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

Your dentist must have prescribed you medicines. You can take those.
If not take a painkiller like combiflam when the tooth hurts.
