Hello sir , do hot water fermentation soon after that do stretching you will get relief Trapezius stretch 1) sit on a chair, catch the base of the chair with the hand which is same side of pain now  bend your head side ways   opposite to your head ,you will feel stretch in your trapezoid with little pain. 2) keep your forearms together like namasthe pose with elbows and palms touching.

avoid lifting weights which strain the muscle.You can use cold packs either.

Apply hot pack twice a day and then do stretching at home, it will be reduced, you can also visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 3 days.

Apply hot or cold packs Do stretchings at home, for better consultant near by clinic to know particular stretchings for your pain. Take rest if you have discomfort.

Maintaining of ur posture and Ergonomics plays a major role,do changes in this. Take ultrasonic therapy and IFT to reduce the spasm.
