Trapezius stretch
1) sit on a chair, catch the base of the chair with the hand which is same side of pain now bend your head side ways opposite to your head ,you will feel stretch in your trapezoid with little pain.
2) keep your forearms together like namasthe pose with elbows and palms touching.
