Yes. It can be suspected by a Gynaecologist. More so if you have a D&C . But don't worry. No non medical person will have any interest in finding this information.

Yes once you are pregnant the look of the cervix is changed So Doctor after examing a patient can confirm whether you had ever conceived or not
