Toxoplasma Igm result
Hi , I am 8 weeks 5 days pregnant. I gave blood test and my results came out. TSH is normal (0.627 mU/I) , HIV - negative , glucose normal , Toxoplasma IgM - 0.97 ( ambiguous) It doesn't say reactive or non-reactive. IgG - non reactive <0.2 IU/ml . What does this IgM value mean ? . My next gynecologist appointment is on Jan 23rd. I also have cramp like feeling on and off in lower abdomen. Is this normal ?

Hi. Your symptoms of cramping can be normal. Did you get a scan done? If the scan looks good there is nothing to o worry about. Toxoplasmosis IgM indicates that the infection is recent. IgG indicated that you have had a past infection and that you have immunity. Repeat your igM levels
