Hi ,
I am 8 weeks 5 days pregnant. I gave blood test and my results came out. TSH is normal (0.627 mU/I) , HIV - negative , glucose normal , Toxoplasma IgM - 0.97 ( ambiguous) It doesn't say reactive or non-reactive. IgG - non reactive <0.2 IU/ml . What does this IgM value mean ? . My next gynecologist appointment is on Jan 23rd. I also have cramp like feeling on and off in lower abdomen. Is this normal ?

Hi. Your symptoms of cramping can be normal. Did you get a scan done? If the scan looks good there is nothing to o worry about. Toxoplasmosis IgM indicates that the infection is recent. IgG indicated that you have had a past infection and that you have immunity. Repeat your igM levels
IgM antibodies if positive means active infection. Please repeat the test
Slight cramps and pain is normal during early pregnancy if not associated with any bleeding
