Toungue ulcers and white tounge
I have ulcers on my toungue from last 3 months tried 4 doctors no solution found.please check attached photos. Did all tests everything is fine except lipid profile is in high risk.

and vit b complex for 1 month.

Regular tongue cleaning with clean cotton cloth,twice a day. Do not use plastic or metal tongue cleaning.
CNBC dental gel, 4-5 times/day,keep applied for 5 mins maximum (do not swallow) and rinse mouth.
R. B. Tones XT, once a day after food for 20 days.
Have IRON rich food
C. Becosule forte once a day, for 30 days.
