Pictures are not very clear. But mostly, it appears to be either scraping of your tongue due to sharp teeth, or tongue bite. Apply dologel ct at bedtime and leave it overnight. If doesn't settle in few days, visit a dentist for further evaluation

Hello.. I advice you to apply hexigel ointment in tongue for ten mins on the ulcer and then wash it off..
Avoid eating while ointment is applied..
Avoid taking tobacco.. It will subside soon..

Photographs are nor clear. But by looking at attached photographs it seems like an ulcer.
Don't worry, you can apply Dologel over it three times a day for 3 days. If it doesn't heal within a week then consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
Till then avoid eating anything spicy and warm.

Seems like it’s a ulcer or developing ulcer.. if there is sensitivity to food you may need gel to be applied there.
Check if there is a sharp tooth adjacent to that area.. feel the swelling and give further details . Also need to know for how long you have been a Tobacco user
