Tongue pain

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have a pain in the side of the tongue which started before 2 days.It pains when that particular part of the tongue touches anywhere including teeth.When I checked I found a white small round structure like a sore in that part.I dont know what to do.Is the problem severe?

Better you visit to nearest dentist to examine type of ulcer like aphthous ulcer or traumatic ulcer due to sharp tooth etc. Treatment will be according to it. Meanwhile you can take B complex capsule (once a day) and painkiller tablet (not more than 3 in a day). Avoid stress. Drink plenty of water .
