Total hysterectomy and vaginal dryness
Hello Doctors
I have undergone total hysterectomy, uterus, fallopian tubes, cervix and ovaries removal. Have vaginal dryness, occasional itching and pain during intercourse. Please advise if I need to go on harmones medicine. Thank you.
