Any toothpaste for sensitivity will work better if you get your teeth cleaned first. The procedure is known as SCALING AND POLISHING. This will result in healthy guns and removal of stains from your teeth. After scaling you can go for toothpastes such as RA Thermoseal, Vantage, sensodent, Shy NM etc
Next Steps
Dental check up and scaling and brushing instructions
Health Tips
After scaling sensitivity can prevail for some time and the toothpaste needs some time to act. With regular use of the toothpaste twice daily the sensitivity will come down

You need professional cleaning for your teeth and if you need a lighter shade of teeth, you can go for bleaching of your teeth. But before that, your sensitivity needs to go. For that first get your teeth checked and cleaned to resolve these issues.
