Hello You need to visit for a dental consultation and an X Ray with that tooth. On examination the problem can be diagnosed and the right treatment planning can be done for the same. Don't delay because if the tooth can be saved with Root canal or filling it should be attended soon or else it would lead to extraction and then replacement with an artificial tooth.
