My tooth has infection.it needs a root canal as soon as possible. This tooth had a cavity before but now the filling is broken

hello, what i can understand that you got cavity in tooth and filling was done , now your filling got broken up and the same filling wala tooth got infection.

If you know it, what is the reason then to ask for question.
If you have pain you have only one option that is root canal treatment.
Go for the same because after taking antibiotics you will get relief but it is temporary and there will be reinfection after some time.
There are also chances of cyst formation and pulp polp
